Creating a brand and campaign strategy for a new NW8 residential development.

A brand and the marketing strategy of a new large-scale residential development in NW8, London. 

The project comprises of 171 new homes, 62 affordable homes, 43 social rent homes and 19 intermediate rental homes. Almost 300 total. 

NW8 Assembly and NW8 Relic were two on the shortlisted names for creative.

Our two strap lines, ‘Curated Living’ and ‘Sanctuary in the City’, explore individuality, harmonious co-habitation and a sense of inner peace in the city.

The project was put on hold in 2019.
