FLINT is Flanagan Lawrence Interiors, the interior design company of the Flanagan Lawrence Group.
We were approached to develop the branding, print and website for the company.
The branding is underpinned by the quiet confidence FLINT exudes in their work and focuses on the emotional response they aim to evoke with their projects.
The website has been developed to reflect the core values of FLINT and the homepage features a slideshow of slowly transitioning images moving between interior spaces and subtle blocks of colour, giving the viewer a chance to experience and react – creating an emotional response that is at the heart of the company’s work.
The site invites exploration and discovery with two modes of browsing. An ”Elements” section allows the visitor to explore the site through the key themes in the company’s work – space, light, rhythm and detail – while a more traditional “Portfolio” section allows visitors to discover the company’s work through detailed project descriptions and imagery. The user is able to flow back and forth between these two modes of browsing.
